Carla Aumann
Carla was previously an Executive Counsel at Herbert Smith Freehills where she specialised in large-scale construction and infrastructure disputes. At the Victorian Bar, Carla will be practising in construction law and more broadly in commercial and public law.

Megan Driscoll
Megan joins us most recently from the Commercial Disputes team at Herbert Smith Freehills where she acted for government and ASX-listed clients in complex commercial litigation and class actions. At the Victorian Bar, Megan will be practising in class actions and all areas of commercial law and public law.

Bobbi Murphy
Bobbi joins us most recently from the employment and industrial law team at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers where she had day to day carriage of significant industrial proceedings. At the Victorian Bar, Bobbi will practise in employment and industrial law, public law and commercial law.

James McNicol Smith
James joins us most recently from the Major Projects and Construction Group at Clayton Utz where he practised in disputes arising from large-scale infrastructure, construction and engineering projects. At the Victorian Bar, James will practise in construction law and all areas of commercial litigation.
James is reading with Damien McAloon and his senior mentor is Nicholas Hopkins KC.
Alexander Thomas
Alexander joins us most recently from Seyfarth Shaw where he practised almost exclusively in industrial relations and employment law. Prior to that he was an Associate at the Federal Court of Australia to the Honourable Justice Snaden. At the Victorian Bar, Alexander will continue to specialise in industrial disputes, employment law, workplace investigations and public inquiries.

Kathryn Browne
Kathryn joins us most recently from the Class Actions team at Slater and Gordon where she specialised in significant shareholder and consumer class actions. Prior to that she was an Associate at the Supreme Court of Victoria to the Honourable Justice Nichols and to the Honourable Justice Croft. At the Victorian Bar, Kathryn will be practising in class actions and in commercial law and public law.

Panagiota Pisani
Panagiota joins us most recently from the Supreme Court of Victoria where she was an Associate to the Honourable Justice Delany (Principal Judge of the Commercial Court). Prior to that she was a Solicitor in the Restructuring and Insolvency Group at Ashurst. At the Victorian Bar, Panagiota will be practising in insolvency law and commercial and public law.
