List G member Matthew Townsend has launched an online resource in which he discusses cases and recent developments of restrictive covenants in Victoria. The website is intended as a tool to assist legal practitioners and their staff to keep up to date with recent cases and developments of restrictive covenants.
The website will particularly focus on recent Victorian Supreme Court decisions, providing summaries of those decisions as well as critical analysis.
