Rachel is regularly retained by unions, government departments and regulators (including the Fair Work Ombudsman, the Australian Building and Construction Commission and WorkSafe) to advise on complex litigation and in relation to legislative and policy reform. She has also appeared in some of Australia's most significant commercial law matters, including the recent Centro shareholder class action (with Julian Burnside QC) in which the Federal Court of Australia formally approved Australia’s largest ever settlement in a class action.
