Rob has particular experience in competition and consumer law, class actions, contract law, insurance, tax and revenue law, corporate insolvency, corporations law, equity & trusts, major torts, and financial services.
Before coming to the Bar, Rob was a Senior Associate at Allens. He was previously an associate to the Hon. Chief Justice Anne Ferguson, a trial division researcher at the Supreme Court of Victoria, and a lawyer at the Court of Appeal. Rob commenced his legal career at King & Wood Mallesons, working in mergers and acquisitions, taxation, and commercial disputes.
Rob has a BCom, JD and LLM, all from the University of Melbourne.
Rob read with Helen Tiplady. His senior mentor is Kathleen Foley SC.
