Rebecca Kelly practises in commercial and regulatory law with a specialty in telecommunications

Rebecca has a broad commercial law practice with particular experience in telecommunications law, competition & consumer law, contractual disputes (including complex IT disputes) and data breaches. Rebecca is also experienced in regulatory investigations and proceedings.

Before joining the Bar, Rebecca worked as in-house counsel at Telstra and as a solicitor in commercial litigation. She began her career as a Legal Officer, conducting criminal prosecutions, at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in Brisbane.

Rebecca holds a Master of Laws from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Competition & Consumer Law from the University of Melbourne.

Rebecca read with Jeremy Masters and her senior mentor is Nicholas De Young KC.
