Nicole appears in a broad range of commercial, administrative and regulatory matters. She is experienced in corporations law and matters concerning legal professional obligations, and is regularly briefed by insolvency practitioners and statutory regulatory bodies. She was recommended by Doyle's Guide in the 'Leading Insolvency & Restructuring Junior Counsel in Victoria' section in 2018 and 2019.
Nicole was a member of the Victorian Bar Council and a member of its Counsel Committee in 2019, and was the Honorary Secretary to the 2018 Bar Council and the Assistant Honorary Secretary to the 2017 Bar Council.
