Ned Marlow-Weir practises in all areas of commercial law.

Ned has broad experience in the areas of corporations and securities (including schemes of arrangement), banking and finance litigation, and bankruptcy and contract disputes.

Ned is a recognised specialist in corporate insolvency and restructuring and the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth). In these matters, he has significant experience acting for insolvency practitioners, secured creditors and unsecured creditors.

Before coming to the Bar, Ned was an associate in the dispute resolution team at MinterEllison and an associate to the Honourable Justice Sloss of the Supreme Court of Victoria. 

Ned holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from The University of Adelaide and is currently undertaking a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne.

Ned read with Justin Tomlinson SC. His senior mentor is Stewart Maiden KC.
