Katie has extensive commercial disputes expertise, having acted for large resources, financial services, construction and pharmaceutical companies.
Prior to joining the Bar, Katie was a Senior Associate at Allens, where she acted on regulatory investigations and conducted complex commercial litigation involving tax, construction, insolvency and employment law. Most recently at Allens, she specialised in the role of Counsel, advising on and conducting whistleblower and workplace investigations for leading corporations, government and tertiary institutions.
Katie was previously an associate to the Honourable Justice Sloss at the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Katie is reading with Rebecca Davern, and her senior mentor is Jonathan Kirkwood SC.
