Jarrad Mathie

Jarrad has particular experience in regulatory matters concerning financial services and consumer credit, having acted for the regulator, licensees and individuals in relation to civil penalty proceedings, investigations, and administrative decisions.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Jarrad was a senior associate at Clayton Utz where he worked on a broad range of commercial disputes across industries and sectors including telecommunications, healthcare, waste management and recycling, construction, forestry, tertiary education and retail.

Jarrad is reading with Damien McAloon and his senior mentor is Paul Liondas KC.
