Jacob Waller practises in commercial and public law, including trial and appellate proceedings, class actions, competition and consumer law, and regulatory disputes.

Before coming to the Bar, Jacob practised as a solicitor at Allens in commercial litigation.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, where he was awarded numerous academic prizes. He also completed a Bachelor of Civil Law (Distinction) from the University of Oxford.

Jacob read with Paul Liondas KC. His senior mentors are Justice Rowena Orr and Nicholas De Young KC.
