Jack has significant expertise in class actions, competition law, consumer law, employment and industrial law, discrimination law, tort and contract and financial advice disputes. He will also be accepting briefs in administrative law and commissions and inquiries.
Prior to joining the Bar, Jack was a Special Counsel at Phi Finney McDonald specialising in complex class actions and large-scale litigation. In that role, Jack was involved in class actions concerning a wide range of subject matters and legal issues including competition, mass tort, shareholder and employment.
Jack has a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the Australian National University.
Jack is reading with Siobhan Kelly and his senior mentor is Kate Burke SC.
